John is a 20 year old college student who works at Jewel as a cashier. John grew up in Mount Prospect and is a 2002 graduate of Prospect High School. He lives with his mother, sister and brother. John has a zest for life that is contagious. On September 13, 2004 John had surgery to remove a brain tumor. He is curretnly recovering from the surgery but he has many challenges to face in the near future. His enthusiasm for life will help him endure his rehabilitation and treatments as will support from his friends and family. John also owns his own T-shirt company, www.starlessclothing.com does work for a Divide By Zero, a local band, and is the Illinois Street Team Leader for Brand New, www.brandnewrock.com . He does all of this and has time to be a great friend to so many people.
